These are the steps you will need to complete:

Wedding Terms & Condition:

Tropical Homes and Weddings asks clients to be aware that business is conducted on the basis of our standard terms and conditions and will also apply to weddings/banqueting.
1. Only one wedding is held per day and dates can only be reserved when a deposit is made.
2. A 20,000 Thai Baht non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding package & date.
3. The balance of total amount is required a minimum of 4 weeks before the wedding date.
4. A wedding date can be changed provided that the new date is available at no extra charge.
5. A minimum stay of 3 nights at tropical private villa if bridal couple would like to plan wedding at the villa.
6. Child 7 to 12 years will be charged 50% for drinks and meals.
7. Child 6 years and under is complimentary for drinks and meals.
8. For safety reasons, all wedding extras must be booked through Tropical Homes and Weddings, outside suppliers, fireworks, entertainers etc. will not be admitted except with prior approval from Tropical Homes and Weddings.
9. The bridal couple is financially responsible for any damage to the villa.
10. For cancellation less than 21 days, 50% charge of total amount is required.
